  • Ice
  • Sparkling water to top up

Instructions

  1. In a cocktail shaker, gently muddle the mixed berries with mint leaves to release their flavors and juices.
  2. Add lemonade and elderflower liqueur or cordial to the shaker. Fill the shaker with ice, then shake vigorously for 15 20 seconds until well combined and chilled.
  3. Strain the mixture into two tall glasses filled with fresh ice. Top up each glass with sparkling water to desired fizziness. Stir gently, if needed.
  4. Garnish each mocktail with a sprig of mint and an edible flower or lemon wheel for a touch of whimsy.
