Ingredients
- 3 cups strong brewed coffee, chilled
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup chocolate ice cream
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together the chilled brewed coffee, heavy whipping cream, chocolate ice cream, cocoa powder, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth and well combined.
- Pour the mixture into six individual dessert glasses or cups. Cover with plastic wrap and freeze for at least 6 hours, or until firm.
Chef’s Insight
This dessert is best enjoyed when it has been in the freezer for at least 6 hours to achieve its desired consistency.
Notes
Serve immediately after removing from the freezer for optimal texture.
