Ingredients

  • 2 oz cherry juice (from concentrate)
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut water
  • 4 fresh raspberries
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 sprigs of fresh mint

Instructions

  1. In a cocktail shaker, combine the cherry juice and honey. Shake well to dissolve the honey.
  2. Add coconut water and raspberries to the shaker. Muddle gently to release the raspberry flavor.
  3. Fill the shaker with ice, and shake vigorously for 15 20 seconds.
  4. Strain the mocktail into a glass filled with fresh ice.
  5. Top with chia seeds and garnish with mint sprigs.
