  • 3/4 cup coconut water
  • 1/2 cup elderflower liqueur (elderflower syrup for non

  • 6 sprigs of fresh mint leaves, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, muddle the Arctic blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries until they release their juices. Strain through a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher to separate the juice from the pulp. Press gently on the solids to extract as much juice as possible.
  2. In the strained juice, stir in coconut water and elderflower liqueur (or syrup). Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  3. To serve, fill 6 tall glasses with ice, pour the chilled mocktail mixture over the ice, and gently stir to combine. Top each glass with sparkling water, allowing it to fizz and create a frothy head. Garnish with fresh mint leaves for an enchanting touch.
