- 2 cups plain yogurt 1 ripe mango, peeled and pitted 1/4 cup milk Pinch of saffron threads 1/4 cup condensed milk 1 teaspoon cardamom powder Ice cubes Crushed pistachios and almonds, for garnish Edible silver leaf, for decoration (optional)
Instructions
- Soak the saffron threads in warm milk for 5 minutes to infuse the milk with a golden hue and aromatic fragrance.
- In a blender, combine yogurt, mango flesh, condensed milk, cardamom powder, and soaked saffron infused milk. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if needed by adding more condensed milk.
- Pour the blend into a tall glass filled with ice cubes, leaving some space for layering.
