Instructions
a. Cook the wild rice according to package instructions and set aside. b. Peel, pit, and slice the avocado. c. In a large bowl, gently toss together the cooked wild rice, pineapple chunks, coconut bacon, macadamia nuts, and lime juice. Season with salt and pepper to taste. d. Divide the mixture between two bowls and serve immediately.
