Instructions

  3. Prepare sesame dressing by whisking together tahini, rice vinegar, honey or maple syrup, tamari or soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and ground ginger in a small bowl.
  4. Divide cooked brown rice between two bowls, then top with the mixed vegetables.
