Ingredients
- 1. 1 cup frozen mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries, blackberries) 2. 1 avocado, pitted and peeled 3. 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk 4. 1 scoop unflavored whey protein powder 5. 1 tbsp chia seeds 6. 1 tbsp ground flaxseeds 7. Optional: sweetener of choice, to taste (optional) 8. Toppings: kiwi, sliced almonds, and a drizzle of honey (optional)
Instructions
- In a blender, combine frozen mixed berries, avocado, and unsweetened almond milk. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the mixture into two bowls.
- Add unflavored whey protein powder, chia seeds, and ground flaxseeds to each bowl. Stir well until combined.
- Optional: sweeten to taste with your preferred natural sweetener, if needed.
- Top with kiwi slices, almonds, and a drizzle of honey for added flavor and texture. Enjoy!
