Cook the rice pilaf according to package instructions or using gluten free rice and vegetable oil. d. Grill the marinated chicken until cooked through. Slice into kebab pieces for serving. e. Assemble the meal by placing a scoop of rice pilaf on each plate, followed by the Spiced Chicken Kebabs, and Eggplant Salad.
