Ingredients
- 1 ripe avocado, halved, pitted, and peeled
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1/2 banana, frozen in chunks
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Toppings: granola, sliced almonds, goji berries, additional mixed berries
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the avocado, almond milk, coconut milk, mixed berries, frozen banana chunks, chia seeds, hemp seeds, honey or maple syrup, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the mixture into a bowl and top with your choice of granola, sliced almonds, goji berries, and additional mixed berries.
