Instructions

  2. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a wok or large frying pan over high heat. Add beef and stir fry until browned. Remove from the wok and set aside.
  3. In the same wok, add another tablespoon of vegetable oil. Sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  4. Add broccoli to the wok and cook for 2 minutes.
  5. Return beef to the wok, pour in the sauce mixture, and stir fry until the sauce has thickened and coats the ingredients.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with green onions.
