- 1 scoop whey protein powder (unflavored or vanilla)
- 1/2 cup spinach leaves
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp honey
- Toppings: nuts, seeds, fresh fruits, and coconut flakes
Instructions
- Blend the mixed berries, avocado, protein powder, spinach leaves, and almond milk until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a bowl and sprinkle chia seeds on top. Drizzle honey over the top.
- Add your choice of toppings: nuts, seeds, fresh fruits, and coconut flakes.
