Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
- 1/2 medium cucumber, peeled and seeded
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/2 cup mixed berries (frozen)
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (vegetarian)
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 teaspoon honey
Instructions
- In a blender, combine spinach leaves, cucumber, banana, mixed berries, chia seeds, Greek yogurt, and almond milk. Blend until smooth.
- Add honey and blend again to incorporate.
