1 cup spinach
1/2 avocado
1 cup mixed berries
1 banana
1 scoop plant
based protein powder
1 cup almond milk
1 cup cooked quinoa
1 cup shredded carrots
1/2 cup edamame
1 cup mixed greens
1 tbsp sesame seeds
1 tsp rice vinegar
Instructions
Prepare the green smoothie bowl by blending spinach, avocado, mixed berries, banana, plant based protein powder, and almond milk until creamy and smooth. Serve in a bowl and add toppings as desired. For the quinoa salad, combine cooked quinoa, shredded carrots, edamame, mixed greens, and sesame seeds in a large bowl. Drizzle with rice vinegar and toss well.
