Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper. Grill until cooked through and set aside.

  5. Slice grilled chicken breast into thin strips and add it to the pan with spinach. Cook for another 1 2 minutes.
  6. Plate the dish with the vegetable mixture on the bottom, followed by the chicken strips and spinach. Top with sliced avocado and fresh cilantro.
