  • 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 scoop protein powder (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine spinach, avocado, mango, almond milk, chia seeds, cinnamon, and protein powder (if using). Blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Pour the mixture into a bowl and set aside. Coconut Granola: 1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut 1/2 cup almond flour 1/4 cup chia seeds 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  3. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  4. In a medium bowl, mix together shredded coconut, almond flour, chia seeds, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until well combined.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheet and bake for 15 20 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown. Remove from oven and let cool completely.
