1/2 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
2 tablespoons sliced almonds
2 tablespoons pumpkin seeds
Green smoothie:
1 cup spinach
1/2 banana
1/2 avocado
1 scoop protein powder (optional)
1/2 cup coconut water or almond milk
Instructions
In a jar, mix together the chia seeds, almond milk, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight to let the chia seeds absorb the liquid and become pudding like.
