- 1 cup mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries) 1 medium ripe banana 1/2 avocado 1 cup unsweetened almond milk 2 tablespoons chia seeds 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the mixed berries, banana, avocado, and almond milk. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the mixture into a bowl and spread it out evenly.
- Sprinkle chia seeds and ground flaxseed over the top of the smoothie.
- If desired, drizzle honey or maple syrup for added sweetness.
