Fold in the basil and parsley into the egg mixture. d. Divide the cherry tomatoes evenly among four oven safe ramekins or oven proof bowls. e. Layer spinach on top of the tomatoes, followed by crumbled feta cheese. f. Pour the egg mixture over each serving. g. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes or until set and golden brown. h. To serve, place a ramekin filled with the Italian keto brunch on each plate. Surround it with cooked bacon slices, avocado slices, and kalamata olives.
