- 1 ripe avocado, halved and pitted

- 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

- 1/4 cup sliced cucumber
- 2 tbsp chopped walnuts
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Scoop out the flesh of the avocado into a bowl, leaving enough room for the other ingredients.
- Mash the avocado with a fork until slightly smooth, then stir in lemon and orange juices.
- Layer the cherry tomatoes, mixed greens, cucumber, walnuts, and feta cheese on top of the mashed avocado.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
