- 1/4 tsp cardamom powder
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of ground nutmeg
- Optional: 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup for added sweetness
Instructions
- In a blender, combine almond milk, mango chunks, Greek yogurt, whey protein powder, chia seeds, cardamom, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Blend until smooth and creamy. If desired, add honey or maple syrup to taste.
