  • Morning Sunrise Smoothie Bowl: 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries) 1/2 cup mango chunks 1 cup spinach 1/2 avocado 1 cup almond milk 1 tbsp chia seeds 1 tbsp hemp seeds 1 tsp honey 1 tbsp coconut flakes (optional) Toppings: Goji berries, kiwi, edible flowers Grilled Salmon Quinoa Power Bowl: 6 oz salmon fillet 1 cup cooked quinoa 1 cup mixed vegetables (bell peppers, zucchini, asparagus) 2 cups baby spinach 1/4 cup feta cheese 2 tbsp olive oil 1 lemon Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Blend mixed berries, mango chunks, spinach, avocado, almond milk, chia seeds, hemp seeds, and honey in a blender until smooth.
  2. Pour the smoothie into a bowl and top with coconut flakes, Goji berries, kiwi, and edible flowers for an extra pop of color and flavor.
  3. Preheat grill to medium high heat. Season salmon fillet with salt and pepper.
  4. Grill salmon for 4 5 minutes per side, or until cooked through. Remove from grill and let rest.
  5. In a bowl, combine quinoa, mixed vegetables, baby spinach, and feta cheese. Drizzle with olive oil and squeeze lemon juice on top. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Slice the grilled salmon and place on top of the quinoa mixture. Serve immediately.
