Ingredients
- 1 cup spinach leaves
- 1/2 cup cucumber, chopped
- 1/2 cup green apple, sliced
- 1/2 cup fresh pineapple, chopped
- 1/2 cup mango, chopped
- 1/4 cup almonds, soaked overnight
- 1 scoop protein powder (optional)
- 1 cup coconut water
Instructions
- Add spinach leaves, cucumber, green apple, fresh pineapple, and mango to a blender.
- Blend on high until smooth.
- Add soaked almonds and blend again until well combined.
- Pour the juice into two glasses, then add coconut water and protein powder if desired. Stir gently to combine.
