1. 2 slices of sourdough bread, toasted 2. 1 ripe avocado 3. 1/4 cup freshly squeezed orange juice 4. Zest of 1 orange 5. 1 tablespoon lemon
infused olive oil 6. Salt and pepper, to taste 7. 1/4 cup mixed seeds (chia, flax, pumpkin, sunflower) 8. 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro 9. Optional: 1/2 sliced jalapeno for a spicy kick
Instructions
Mash the avocado in a bowl and mix with orange juice, orange zest, and lemon infused olive oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Toast the sourdough bread until golden brown. Spread the avocado mixture evenly on each slice.
Sprinkle the mixed seeds over the top of the avocado spread.
Garnish with chopped cilantro and jalapeno slices (if using).
