Ingredients
- 2 cups cucumber, peeled and chopped

- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/2 jalapeno, seeded and chopped
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 cup coconut milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
