  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries 1 ripe avocado, pitted and peeled 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk 1 tbsp chia seeds 1 tbsp flaxseed meal 1 scoop keto
  • friendly protein powder 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract 2 tbsp chopped pistachios 1 tbsp shredded coconut, toasted 1 tbsp chopped fresh mint leaves

Instructions

  1. a. In a blender, combine the frozen mixed berries, avocado, almond milk, chia seeds, flaxseed meal, protein powder, cinnamon, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth. b. Pour the mixture into two bowls and top each with half of the pistachios, shredded coconut, and fresh mint leaves.
