  • 4 oz wild salmon fillet
  • 1 small head broccoli, cut into florets
  • 2 cups mixed baby greens (spinach, arugula, kale)
  • 1 ripe avocado, diced
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 lime, zested and juiced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped

Instructions

Arrange baby greens on two plates or bowls, top with broccoli florets, and add grilled salmon on top. Spoon the citrus avocado salsa over the salmon and greens, and serve immediately.
