Ingredients
- 200g Haggis (traditional Scottish dish) 500g Salmon fillet 4 Large turnips, peeled and diced 5 Large potatoes, peeled and diced 100ml Whisky 200g Butter 100ml Double cream Salt and pepper to taste Fresh thyme sprigs for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare the haggis according to package instructions. Season salmon fillet with salt and pepper, then marinate in whisky for 20 minutes. Cook salmon on a grill or under a broiler until done. Boil turnips and potatoes until tender, then mash with butter and cream.
