  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut flakes
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 2 tbsp honey

  • A pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine almond flour and shredded coconut flakes.
  3. Add melted coconut oil, honey, ground cinnamon, and salt. Mix until well combined.
  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  5. Transfer the dough to the prepared baking sheet and use your hands or a spatula to shape it into a rectangle.
