Instructions
Marinate the chicken breasts with a blend of spices, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper for an hour.
Preheat your grill or oven to 400°F (200°C).
Cook the marinated chicken for 20 25 minutes until it's cooked through and golden brown. Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
In a bowl, mix garlic sauce ingredients and adjust seasonings to taste.
Warm the wraps in the oven for 3 4 minutes.
Assemble the shawarma wraps with chicken, salad mix, parsley and mint leaves, pine nuts (optional), and garlic sauce.
