Ingredients
100g beef biltong, cut into small cubes
200g cheddar cheese, cut into small cubes
8 wooden skewers
1 cup chutney (store
bought or homemade)
1/2 tsp ground cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
a. Thread one piece of biltong and one piece of cheese onto each wooden skewer, alternating between the two until all pieces are used. b. In a small bowl, mix the chutney with cayenne pepper and smoked paprika to create a spicy chutney dip. c. Place the skewers on a serving platter and serve alongside the spicy chutney dip. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
