Ingredients
- 100g beef biltong, cut into small cubes
- 200g cheddar cheese, cut into small cubes
- 8 wooden skewers
- 1 cup chutney (store
- bought or homemade)
- 1/2 tsp ground cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- a. Thread one piece of biltong and one piece of cheese onto each wooden skewer, alternating between the two until all pieces are used. b. In a small bowl, mix the chutney with cayenne pepper and smoked paprika to create a spicy chutney dip. c. Place the skewers on a serving platter and serve alongside the spicy chutney dip. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
