  3. In another bowl, mix maple syrup, almond milk, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients, then stir in vinegar. Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
  5. Bake for 20 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Let it cool completely.
  6. To make the raspberry coulis, combine raspberries, maple syrup, cornstarch, and a pinch of salt in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat for 5 7 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  7. Pour the coulis over the cooled tort and serve immediately.
