Ingredients

  • 12 oz salmon fillet, skin on
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cups fish stock
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup all
  • purpose flour
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Season the salmon fillet with salt and pepper on both sides. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the salmon, skin side down, and cook for 4 minutes on each side or until cooked through. Set aside to rest.
  2. In a separate pan, sauté shrimp in olive oil for 2 3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque. Season with salt and pepper. Remove from heat and set aside.
