Ingredients
12 steamed buns (baozi)
1 lb ground pork
1 cup Napa cabbage, shredded
1 cup carrots, shredded
1 cup bok choy, shredded
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 cups cooked jasmine rice
8 shrimp, shelled and deveined
1 cup sweet red bean paste
1 cup glutinous rice flour
1/2 cup water

Instructions
Prepare the filling for the steamed buns by combining ground pork, shredded Napa cabbage, carrots, bok choy, sesame oil, soy sauce, salt, sugar, and cornstarch in a bowl. Mix well to incorporate all ingredients evenly.
Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the filling mixture and cook until the pork is cooked through and the vegetables are tender. Set aside.
For the shrimp fried rice, combine cooked jasmine rice with shrimp in a large wok or skillet. Stir fry over high heat until the shrimp is pink and cooked through. Season with soy sauce and sesame oil to taste. Set aside.
Prepare the sweet red bean paste filled sesame balls by mixing glutinous rice flour with water until a dough forms. Roll the dough into small, round balls, then flatten them slightly. Place a spoonful of sweet red bean paste in the center of each dough ball and wrap it up, sealing the edges tightly.
Steam the filled sesame balls for about 15 minutes or until they are fully cooked and have a slightly firm texture on the outside. Sprinkle with sesame seeds to garnish.
