Ingredients
- 1 pound beef sirloin, cut into 1

- 2 cups roasted peanuts
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons ground ginger
- 2 tablespoons ground cumin
- 2 tablespoons ground coriander
- 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
- 1 tablespoon white pepper
- 1 tablespoon dried basil
- 1 tablespoon ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
- Salt, to taste
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- In a food processor, combine roasted peanuts, vegetable oil, and spices. Process until the mixture forms a smooth paste. Set aside.
- Thread beef cubes onto skewers and brush with peanut spice mix, ensuring an even coating on all sides.
- Preheat a grill or stovetop grill pan to medium high heat. Cook the skewers for 3 4 minutes per side, until cooked to your desired level of doneness.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley. Enjoy!
