Season with salt and pepper. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare cauliflower rice according to package instructions. Heat olive oil in a separate pan, add the cooked cauliflower rice and season with salt and pepper. Cook until golden brown. To serve, spoon cauliflower rice onto plates, then top with chicken paprikash. Garnish with fresh parsley.
