  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 2 tablespoons coconut flour

  4. Heat 2 tablespoons of avocado oil in a non stick skillet over medium heat.
  5. Fry the coated plantains in batches until golden brown on all sides, about 3 4 minutes per batch. Adjust the heat as needed to prevent burning. Drain on paper towels.
  6. Repeat with remaining plantains and oil.
