Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a skillet over medium heat, cook onions and garlic until softened.
Add tomatoes, tomato paste, cumin, paprika, harissa paste, salt, and pepper. Cook for 5 7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Crack eggs into the skillet, spacing them evenly. Transfer to the preheated oven and bake for 10 12 minutes or until eggs are cooked to your liking.
Meanwhile, prepare almond flour bread by combining ingredients and baking in a loaf pan for 25 30 minutes. Let cool slightly before slicing.
For the orange salad, combine orange segments, mint leaves, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Toss gently to combine.
Serve the shakshuka with warm almond flour bread and fresh orange salad on the side. Garnish with fresh parsley.
