  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • Spicy Sesame Dipping Sauce (see recipe below)

Instructions

  1. a. In a large bowl, combine sesame oil, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, minced garlic, grated ginger, and black pepper. Mix well to create the marinade. b. Add beef cubes and mushrooms into the marinade, ensuring they are fully coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour to let the flavors soak in. c. Preheat grill or broiler to high heat. Thread the beef and mushrooms onto wooden skewers, alternating between the two ingredients. Discard excess marinade. d. Grill or broil kabobs for 3 4 minutes per side or until desired doneness is reached. Remove from heat and let rest for a few minutes before serving. e. Prepare the Spicy Sesame Dipping Sauce (recipe below) and serve alongside the kabobs for dipping. Garnish with green onions, toasted sesame seeds, chopped cilantro, and parsley.
