Instructions
a. In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat. b. Add chopped onion and garlic, cook until softened. c. Stir in taco seasoning and diced tomatoes, simmer for 5 minutes. d. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Remove from heat and let cool slightly. e. Cut avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop out a small portion of the flesh to create a well. f. Gently mix cilantro and lime juice into the beef mixture. Spoon the filling into each avocado well. g. Top with diced red onion and cherry tomatoes. Serve immediately.
