Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 5 7 minutes or until the cranberries have burst and the mixture has thickened. Season with salt and pepper to taste. c. Slice brie into thin wedges. Assemble crostini by placing a piece of brie on each toast and drizzling with cranberry port reduction. Serve immediately.
