  • 1/4 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 tbsp ginger
  • garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • Salt, to taste
  • 2 cups gluten
  • free all
  • purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 tsp active dry yeast
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Prep Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 20 mins Total Time: 35 mins
  2. Combine paneer, yogurt, ginger garlic paste, garam masala, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt in a bowl. Mix well and set aside for marination.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together gluten free all purpose flour, milk, yeast, sugar, and oil until smooth. Knead the dough until it becomes elastic and slightly tacky. Cover and let rest for 10 minutes.
  4. Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C). Roll out the dough into a thin sheet and cut into small, round shapes. Spread minced garlic on one side of each shape and roll them into naan.
  5. Place naan on a baking sheet and bake for 6 8 minutes or until golden brown and slightly puffy.
  6. Grill the marinated paneer cubes over medium heat, turning occasionally, until golden brown and cooked through.
  7. Serve Paneer Tikka with Garlic Naan and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
