  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 carrot, grated

  • 500g ground beef

  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 gluten
  • free slider buns, halved
  • Mango chutney for serving

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion, carrot, and garlic, cook until softened.
  2. Add ground beef to the skillet, breaking it up with a wooden spoon. Cook until browned.
  3. Stir in curry powder, cumin, coriander, raisins, almond flour, and eggs. Season with salt and pepper. Mix well and cook for another 5 minutes.
  4. Preheat oven to 180°C (360°F).
  5. Fill each slider bun half with the prepared meat mixture. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake in preheated oven for 12 minutes or until heated through.
  7. Serve sliders warm, topped with mango chutney and your favorite side dish.
