Wooden skewers, soaked in water for at least 30 minutes
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the pork and chicken cubes.
In another bowl, mix together the soy sauce, vinegar, water, brown sugar, garlic, black pepper, salt, paprika, and cayenne pepper (if using).
Pour the sauce mixture over the pork and chicken pieces, ensuring they are evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or up to overnight.
Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium high heat.
Thread the marinated meat onto wooden skewers, alternating between pork and chicken pieces.
Grill the skewers for 8 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the meat is cooked through and slightly charred.
Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
