Ingredients

  • 2 x 6 oz beef steaks, cut into bite

  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup cauliflower rice
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste Spice Blend:
  • 2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp ground coriander
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine all spice blend ingredients. Mix well and set aside.
  2. Rub the steak pieces with half of the prepared spice blend, ensuring full coverage. Marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
  3. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the marinated steaks and cook until browned and cooked to your desired level of doneness. Remove from pan and set aside.
  4. In the same pan, add remaining olive oil, broccoli florets, and minced garlic. Sauté for 3 4 minutes or until tender crisp.
  5. Add cauliflower rice to the pan with the broccoli and cook for another 2 3 minutes until heated through. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Serve steaks over the creamy garlic broccoli cauliflower rice, garnishing with a pinch of remaining spice blend.
