Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Lightly grease a muffin tin with non stick spray or oil.
In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, salt, and pepper.
Gently stir in the smoked salmon, dill, and 1/4 cup of shredded cheddar cheese.
Pour the egg mixture into the greased muffin tin, filling each compartment about 2/3 full.
Sprinkle the remaining shredded cheddar cheese on top of each bake.
Bake for 20 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
