  • 100g smoked salmon

  • 200g fresh asparagus, ends trimmed
  • 150g ripe cherry tomatoes, halved

Instructions

  1. Preheat a non stick frying pan over medium heat.

  3. In another non stick pan, steam or boil asparagus for 4 5 minutes or until tender. Drain and set aside.
  4. Arrange two slices of gluten free bread on each serving plate. Top with smoked salmon, a dollop of soft cheese, capers, and a few slices of cucumber. e) Place a cooked egg over the assembled bread and toppings, followed by a slice of Black Forest ham. f) Arrange steamed asparagus and halved cherry tomatoes around the eggs and ham. Garnish with fresh dill and parsley. Serve immediately.
