  • 2 cups cooked garlic fried rice

  1. In a non stick pan, cook Tapa according to package instructions until browned and tender. Remove from pan and set aside.
  2. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in the same pan over medium heat. Add Sisig mix and cook for 3 4 minutes or until heated through. Season with salt and pepper as desired. Set aside.
  3. In a separate non stick pan, fry two eggs at a time to your preferred consistency. Season with salt and pepper. Remove from pan and set aside.
  4. Assemble the Tapa Sisig Rice Bowl by placing garlic fried rice in a large bowl or on a plate. Top with cooked Tapa slices, heated Sisig mix, and two fried eggs. Serve immediately.
