  4. Add spinach to the same pan and cook for 1 2 minutes, or until wilted. Set aside.
  5. In a separate pan, sauté the mushrooms until tender.
  6. Toast the Paleo bread slices.
  7. Assemble the breakfast by placing a slice of toast on each plate, topped with crispy prosciutto, spinach, mushrooms, avocado slices, and a perfectly cooked egg.
