  • 4 large plantains
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

Dip each plantain slice in the batter, ensuring it's evenly coated. d. Heat coconut oil in a pan over medium heat. e. Carefully place the coated plantain slices into the pan and fry for 2 3 minutes per side or until golden brown. f. Remove from the pan and let cool on paper towels to absorb excess oil.
